Operation of HP

The operational strategy of HP keeps on renovating because a company needs to rebuild its operational strategy according to the requirement of market in order to get the better competitive advantage. The BSA business service automation of the company was formed in such a way that it has been very effective in the field of IT system management (Csuchico 2010).

It has automated change and audit processes across every technical aspect of business service, like its clients, servers, application, network devices and storage elements. The product strategy of HP is to bring together its data center automation and client automation. Earlier, it was involved in the management of the technology within datacenters and networks. Later, it automated key IT processes across the management lifecycles of client devices (Csuchico 2010).

The concept of HP is to optimize business technology and the framework for understanding the depth of system management. HP focuses on three things that are design, build and operating function. Operation center monitors, controls and reports on the health and performance of mixed IT environments, including networks, system, database applications and core services (Csuchico 2010).

The operational strategy of HP once used to be the best, but as the new competitors came up in the market, it lost its grip for a while; still today, HP products have maintained their perfect position in the market and the company has regained its hold on the industry of information technology and products (Csuchico 2010).
