Although their industry focus is different, both these firms assist in selection of right solution, right from the first step of conducting a needs analysis to the last steps of finalizing the contracts with the most suitable vendor and implementing the solution.

Basically, these consulting firms take complete charge of the software selection and implementation process and make it sure that such small firms, that do not have the capability and experience in terms of chosing the right solution, are not trapped in wrong decisions in making this critical move.
