The objective is to CLEARLY DEFINE the PROBLEM.

While there are many issues within the article, there is ONE CLEARLY DEFINED PROBLEM. Please help me figure it out. I'm thinking the "checked bag fees," however, eliminating them would cost the airlines $1Billion plus, so maybe not. I am considering using this article for a term paper, but I first need to "find the real problem." Please help me by using critical thinking and problem solving skills.

IDENTIFYING THE MAIN PROBLEM: THE CASE OF AIRLINE INDUSTRY

It could be noticed from the case that the following have been experienced by the passengers:
1. Delay in boarding because of the need to check priority passengers, etc.
2. Overhead bins are almost full even before a passenger finds her/his seat.
3. Aisles ( pathways) are blocked because some parts have been occupied by paid baggage
4. Queuing
5. The need for a passenger to pay extra amount just to be given priority, etc.
