Values are not framed overnight but involve a gradual process of learning that basically starts from an early age. Human beings gain their set of values from his experiences and the environment that he lives and grows in. Human beings learn things from the people around them, like, their parents, their neighbors, teachers and the peer group. Their ability to interpret things and crafting beliefs about things largely depends upon their personal values. There is a close connection between the human behavior and attitude and one's personal values. Different personal values like obeying your elders, respecting each individual, honesty, integrity, trust, courtesy, prudence, kindness, obedience, and loyalty are present in human beings (Heathfield, 2009). Every human being maintains a different set of values in his life that may or may not correlate with the other individuals.
