Outputs have little fundamental value in that they do not provide the actual benefit; they are a means to lead the participants to a desired benefit.
Quality Standards:
United Way has four areas relating to quality standards; they include governance, program, finance and administration. Each area is committed to the overall success of the agency and their members are volunteers who have expertise in the appropriate areas mentioned above. In governance, they have a board of active volunteers which operate in accordance to by-laws.
