    Read Tucker Knox Corporation Case in Chapter 14 of your text. You are to act as an OD practitioner who has landed the Tucker Knox Corporation as a client. Create a case analysis using the Case Analysis Format as it appears on page 428 of your text. You can add additional space to this format if you need room to fully explain or examine different sections of the form. Additionally, make certain that you justify your recommendations to the Tucker Knox management.

    This paper discusses the problem faced by Tucker Knox Corporation. Facing global competition the company decided to revamp its product design and engineering department. This responsibility was voluntarily taken by Howard Watson much to the President Larry Henderson's delight. Howard picked Ed Leonard as manager for machine design and both chalked success story for Tucker Knox Corporation in the area of cost reduction and manufacturing facilities. But this growth plan was halted with the arrival of Jack Donaldson, vice president of technology, as Howard and Jack were strong rivals. The internal political turmoil engulfed Ed too who now stands to lose his job after sudden replacement of Howard to Ireland (How to Solve a Case Study, 2008).
