Now that the company offsite 2-day training session project is over, conduct a postmortem review.
Submit a 1- to 2-page memo that does the following:
- Details the benefits and drawbacks of a postmortem review
- Lists who should partake in this meeting,
- Indicates what you hope to discover at the conclusion

Let me know what further help you need here. This is pretty general about postmortems. I will tell you that generally if you invite a lot of people, even if they are all necessary, it turns into a complaint session with each person trying to find more than the next. It is difficult for the moderator to keep a positive access once this type of conversation starts.
