The project was a home in the $1.5 million range. The person wanted a "castle" both literally and figuratively. The home was to be designed in an identifiable way as a castle. There were specific rooms to be included, a library, sauna, two master suites, a pool, a garden, a fountain, sunroom, music room, and some rooms for specific items. The placement on the land was not an issue since the property was twelve acres of rolling farmland, but it had to fit on one of the specific hills in particular.

The façade was requested in stone. The project was merely speculative, the builder who requested the plans had not accepted the job and ultimately removed himself from the project.
