It is quite feasible to break this project into separate projects, as it is quite a large scale and critical project, which not only need to be successful in terms of an excellent product outcome, but also need to be completed within schedule for obtaining competitive advantage in this extremely competitive industry. Thus, it is necessary that the project will be divided into separate projects or to be more appropriate, into separate tasks for quick completion and more efficiency. Since the project will require assistance from other partners, such as those related to development of hardware, etc. it becomes necessary to define and divide the whole project into smaller projects, aimed at completing individual tasks or components of the whole project. However, it is extremely important that such division of tasks should be monitored closely to ensure effective coordination between the individual components of the project, primarily in order to avoid any interoperability issues in the project and its final outcome.
