This is the official mission, currently FOX Relocation actually provides relocation services to businesses. In particular, FOX Relocation strives to relocate the businesses of her clients in such a way that the businesses of her clients are not disrupted.
2.What is the Macro Environment: Political, Economic, Social, Technological
There is political stability in the state of New England and in US in general. The tax policy is designed to stimulate business, however, there are well defined employment laws in New England that FOX Relocation must comply with. In addition, there are the Federal Employment laws that FOX Relocation should comply with. Further, when FOX Relocation takes up projects across the states it must comply with the environmental laws and regulations of the relevant state; Most importantly, FOX Relocation should have licenses in every state it operates and should comply with licensing requirements.
3.What is the Industry Environment (5 force analysis)
The supplier power for FOX Relocation is the mainly the supply of well qualified personnel. Currently, FOX Relocation is getting excellent personnel from the facility management industry. These are persons trained for moving consultant business.
The threat of new entrants is very real as there is no high cost of entry. Capital investment is low, there are no barriers from the government and economies of scale play a small role in the moving consultancy industry.
