For instance, it was corporate strategy that attracted corporate sponsorships for upgrading attractions and adding exhibits at the theme parks. The corporate strategy was important for licensing the food and merchandising concession.
The corporate level strategy added value because they established important values throughout the company. The corporate values of high quality, creativity, entrepreneurship, and teamwork helped energize every business unit and give them a direction.
