For the purpose of this assignment, I will select India as the target market to export the product. As India is one of the largest and fastest growing emerging market in the world, I am chosing this country as a potential market for my company. India is a very diverse country and is a perfect blend of traditional roots and modern culture. The country has grown leaps and bounds due to economic boom and huge foreign direct investment in the country from foreign investors. The disposable income of the people has increased significantly and exposure to Western culture has made significant changes to the lifestyle of Indian consumers, especially in the urban and semi-urban areas.
