Go to the Internet and find four different definitions of leadership, preferably those stated by well-known leaders. Find two that you basically agree with and two that you do not.

Discuss your definitions. What do they have in common and what are the differences. Is it important that you and your colleagues agree on the same definition? Why or why not?
