Process flow structures consist of how the organization is put together. This means that if it is hierarchical, then management is first then employees are below. Everyone answers to each other in some way, shape or form, but it does take much humility. For example, a business could have a horizontal structure where everyone has similar tasks; whereas, with a vertical structure, you have the chain of command.
