Kohlberg's three levels of moral development involve several stages of moral development. The first level of moral development is the Reconvention morality which involves the stage of obedience and punishment and the stage of individualism and exchange. The second level is the conventional morality level which involves the stage of interpersonal relationship and maintaining social order.
