I do not agree with the statement that drug use by a prospective (or current) employee should only be disclosed in exceptional circumstances. In fact I have worked in an Engineering company in the past where they had made it mandatory for each new employee to undertake a drug-test as part of their stringent policy against the scourge of drugs.
