Solution Summary

I created a template for you on a separate tab in Excel. The amounts are populated by "pointing" at the cell on the other tabs so you can see exactly where the amounts come from. Three years is a typical "trend" so you might like to get one more year. Finding industry ratios and a competition might also be useful to you so I put a place for those. If you add amounts, the ratios will automatically compute.
