The language at the website is to a great extent recruiting propaganda. The reason is that the website stresses on "putting brilliant minds together, giving tools to succeed, and bringing our next generation computing platform to the world. In the section on life and work, Intel lists the benefits that will accrue to its employees. These include flexible work options, family focus, personal and professional development, health and wellness. These are recruiting propaganda but not work climate information. Under the heading values, Intel lists customer orientation, discipline, quality, risk taking, great place to work, and results orientation.
