The airline manufacturing industry consists of two leading firms such as Boeing and Airbus. Boeing is the world largest aircraft manufacturing firm, which supports around 150 countries of the world's airline market whereas; Airbus is a second largest world's aircraft manufacture mainly focusing on commercial aircraft manufacturing industry. Both the companies are well known for its manufacturing efficiency and technological leadership. Boeing is a leading firm to manufacture commercial aircrafts but Boeing has expertise in defense, jetliners, and space and security system aircrafts. It is mainly famous for its tailor made services including weapons, satellites and other electronic and defense systems. Both the companies have technologically advanced communication and launch system. They have a long tradition of aerospace innovation and leadership (Babej, & Pollak, 2012).

Boeing is a Chicago based company that operates in more than 150 countries across the world. It has broad range of capabilities that includes more efficient commercial aircraft family, creating innovative products related to defense systems and network enabled solutions.
