The multinational business enterprise that I feel engages in transnational strategy is Coca Cola. I feel that this is so because Coca Cola on one hand sells the concentrate internationally but at the same time it varies the taste slightly to suit local palate. For instance, Coca Cola is sweeter in the USA where its customers prefer it sweeter but in Asian countries Coca Cola is less sweet because the customers want it less sweet. In other words Coca Cola combines elements of a global strategy and multi-domestic strategy.
