1) I have to present a problem faced by my organization which I chose Verizon Wireless. 3)We have to meet up with each other to review the details of the problem and how it affects various stakeholders.

4)I also wanted to know how a Creative , Emotional , and Logical Thinking Style can positively and negatively affect decision-making in organizations.

The company is Verizon Wireless and it is largest wireless company and the largest wireless data provider in terms of revenue. It has 69,000 workers. It has a high turnover rate. So, as a logical thinker I will find out the most common and the second most common reason for the persons leaving the company. This can be found out from the records of exit interviews.
There are usually three most common reasons for employees leaving companies. The first his for better compensation, the second is they want a new experience and the third is they are dissatisfied with their career development. ...
