Our target customers are medium and large corporations want to implement information technology to improve organizational efficiency and productivity. These companies include those that want to use strategic planning for information technology, those that need advice on governance and oversight of IT, those that want to carry out through analysis of end user computing and up gradation, those companies that want to review and improve administration computing, assessment of current IT services and resources and improving user satisfaction through the use of IT.

c) How or where are those services provided?
Usually the services are provided at the premises of the customer. Usually, there are in-depth meetings with management and the users/potential users of IT. Each meeting will be recorded and a list of deliverables, needs and responsibilities will be developed. The next stage will be interaction with the relevant vendors of IT and the involvement of the corporation management/supervisors in the negotiation with the vendors.

Next there will be a development of inclusive documentation, plans for training of corporation personnel and deployment plans of the proposed system. At every stage when a delivery is made there will be close supervision by Global Computer Consultant experts and there will be documented handover to the corporate customer.
