Business ethics is the study of what constitutes right and wrong, or good and bad, human conduct in a business context.
Businesses set up strategies. Included in the strategies are policies. These policies are written documents on how to operate the business strategies.
Policies are meant to guide the behavior of employees, in the interest of enhancing productivity.
Organizations rely also on laws and morals of an individual, as well as professional codes. Some also rely on their religious faith.
