In the whole world, there is more water then land, but when it comes to drinking water the quantity is quite less. Due to less availability of drinking and safe water people get affected highly in all most of the region. The three issues of three different regions are:

1) A family lived in Bolivia has suffered the shortage of money to afford connection charges in their 9 month salary. This has happened because the government adopted privatization and people can get water connection in exchange of money to government authority.
