It is not appropriate for Busy to defer the costs of training its TSRs.
The reasons are that the training revenue is received by Busy in the form of an up-front fee based on training hours that are billed to the customers to cover the cost of training Busy's TSR. This training revenue should be realized when Busy's employees are trained and the cost of training incurred. The payment for training is also realized when the training is give to Busy's employees and not when the employees provide technical support to the customer.
