TYPES OF QUESTIONS AND SURVEY ON WORK CULTURE
Most of the questions in the survey are open - ended wherein the questions do not provide response options to the respondents. The respondent is instructed to respond using his or her own words. In the present survey, the respondents are asked questions such as: what worked well with the company in the last two years, the very positive culture that happened, what they appreciate in the company when they were new employees, and what they wish to happen in the future. They were also asked of their suggestions on how the work culture in the company may be improved and how the socialization process may be improved.
There was one question that was of unlabeled scaled - response format. In this type of question, the respondents were asked to rate the work culture in the company using a scale of 1 to 5 where 1 is qualitatively described as excellent and 5 as poor.
