1. After I obtain my college degree my career will get a boost. I work in a company that makes plastic molded toys. My current job title is a mould making specialist. I am a part of the production team that makes molded plastic toys. The team has five members. Even though each member has a specific specialization, there is cross functional work. For example, when the toy molding process is on, each team member pitches in to make the plastic molds. In the team, I have done designing work, chiseled frames, poured in plastic pellets, and made the moulds required for the process.
