Since the employees are being sent to a foreign country it is essential to train the manager, engineer and accountant on business laws existing in the country. The employees are being sent to Romania which is a member to European Union therefore they should be trained on legal requirements for member countries. The employees will be trained on various legal issues such as labor laws and also on legal compliance that that the venture should fulfill in order to operate in the country. Training employees on legal issues will enable the employees to ensure that the investment in Romania is in accordance with applicable laws.

They would also be provided with cross cultural training since they are moving to a foreign country with different norms and values. It is important to train expatriate employees on cross cultural issues since it is critical for success in foreign countries. Failure to provide the employees with cross cultural training could lead to the employees filing to settle into the new culture thus would result in wastage of resources (Panaccio, 2005).
