Below I will highlight a two private-sector employers as well as some of their best practices that were the most interesting to me in my research for this posting.
Bureau of National Affairs, Inc.
• Publishing company based in Washington, D.C. - all stock is held by retirees and employees of the company and is the oldest fully employee-owned company in the U.S.
• Best Practices:
