Can someone please provide some assistance with a question. Its for an MBA course. It needs to be between 550 and 650 words or so. The government contract is likely to be cut by 30% in the next fiscal year. What actions can you take to respond to that significant cut to your total budget? Think in terms of the organizational structure of your nonprofit. Please include a question for your peers. Thank you so much in advance for your help. I really appreciate it.
