    In 1968, Eddie Adams a combat photographer took a Putlizer winning photograph of Brigadier General Nguyen Ngoc Loan executing a Vietcong prisoner. The prisoner with his hands tied behind his back was shot at close range by General Loan. I was seven years old when I first saw this photograph. A year later I saw more disturbing photographs in Life magazine of the Mi Lai massacre. These photographs haunted me for many years afterward. Children are fragile and innocent. They should be prevented from seeing such disturbing images.explain
