A business decision was made by my present employer two years ago. The employer decided that only the three highest selling products of the previous year were to be produced during that year. The decision was a failure. My present employer makes molded plastic toys and markets them in several parts of the USA. The molded toys must be made in accordance with the current demand for toys. Those toys that do not attract customers are returned by the retailers. The distributors return unsold toys to our company. The unsold toys have to be scrapped or donated.
