The business model of the Ritz Carlton is very clear to charge the 3% of company revenues, profit sharing, management incentives. Along with this there were many luxury hotels which were managed by the owners itself. In hotel industry there are two important factors that are revenue per available room and average daily rate. The Ritz Carlton business model was very much specific about their work and they properly understand what they have to do or not because the Ritz Carlton is one of the most globally known chains serving the maximum end of the market. So the managers of Ritz Carlton main focus to follow the two major customers group that are meeting event planners and independent travellers (Dev, et. al., 2010).
The Ritz Carlton helps the owners in setting up a hotel the help is done in a ways to find an attractive and centralised location in a city which attracts the high profile people to visit more. Ritz Carlton is very good at finding the location for hotels they make sure that place surrounded by the attractive things and place is open.
The general manger of Ritz Carlton himself went to the airport and greeted the travellers with discount coupons and mimosa on the silver tray he even created a hotel room at the airport with all the facilities just to give demo and idea to the traveller that how their hotel and rooms look like.
