I definitely disagree with this statement. Performance enhancing drugs are illegal, and they are illegal for two main reasons. The first reason is because they're dangerous to the health and safety of the user, and also because they create an unfair advantage. This is why it is such big news, all over the media, when a famous athlete is found to be using performance enhancing (illegal) drugs.
