This case took place in the United States Court of Appeals for the second circuit. The Plaintiff-Appellant was, Matimak Trading Company, Ltd against the Defendants-Appellees Albert Khalily d/b/a Unitex Mills Inc and D.A.Y Kids Sportswear Inc. The plaintiff Matimak Trading Co. ltd is an organization that is under Hong Kong as it principle place of operation.
