I will use a negotiation strategy that strives for win-win outcome for all the stakeholders. As school is a not for profit organization aimed at benefitting the community and society by preparing better citizens for tomorrow, it is essential that concerns of all the stakeholders should be addressed and win-win situation should be arrived at via the negotiation.

Integrative barganing or popularly known as Win-Win bargaining is a negotiation strategy wherein parties in the negotiation aim to arrive at a decision that suits the interests of all the parties. In other words, the decision or outcome of the negotiation is a scenario that aims to satisfy the interests of all the parties in the negotiation in the most satisfying manner. For this scenario, integrative bargaining will strive to make both parents as well as the school authorities happy by arriving at a mutually beneficial decision for all the parties.
