3. Metrics related to the cost of the technology related project and the relevant budgets. The chief financial officer and the project manager are involved in the development of these metrics.
4. Metrics related to customer satisfaction and responsiveness. The VP marketing and the chief executive officer are involved in the development of these metrics.
5. Metrics related to corporate governance initiatives. The board and the chief executive officer is usually involved in the development of these metrics.
