1. Metrics related to the technical specifications of the project. There are metrics related to the usage of the systems, the support system related metrics, document management system and the optimization of website content management. These metrics are developed by the sales manager and the project manager.
2. Metrics related to scheduling of the project and the time of its completion. The owner of the project and the project manager develop these metrics.
3. Metrics related to the cost of the technology related project and the relevant budgets. The chief financial officer and the project manager are involved in the development of these metrics.
4. Metrics related to customer satisfaction and responsiveness. The VP marketing and the chief executive officer are involved in the development of these metrics.
5. Metrics related to corporate governance initiatives. The board and the chief executive officer is usually involved in the development of these metrics.

STEP 2
- How should sources of data (i.e. input to the metrics) be identified and verified? How should resulting performance data be disseminated and utilized throughout the organization?
The source of the data is identified using the metrics that have been developed.
1. The technical specifications of the project can be found from the production register. It can also be found from the documentation of the system. The data is verified by interrogating the engineers that are working on the project. The data needs to be disseminated within the project team so that the progress of the project can be more in accordance with the project.
