Nadler-Tushman Congruence Model is an open system model that analyses the output of an organization. According to this model, organization's efficiency is determined by how well the various elements of an organization work together. According to this model organizational output generally refers to the things produced. David A. Nadler and Michael L. Tushman described in his article (1980) that organizational output, in terms of the production unit means total number of products generated for a given duration and the various cost associated with the production (Nadler & Tushman, 1980).
