    a. Use α = .05 to test the hypothesis of no difference between the population mean prices per gallon for the two companies.
    b. Develop a 90% confidence interval estimate of the difference between the two population means (specify the null hypothesis and alternative hypothesis)
    c. Develop a bar chart for these data
