I am looking for the best way to represent the enclosed data in an excel graph. Could anyone help with this?

Additional information:

1. I would like to sort me data by plotting some bar charts with standard errors (one chart for each variable).

2. I know I will find some large error bars because I have some pretty spurious results!

3. I will need your advise about what I am going to do about "way-off" results.

4. I would also like to know if I need to keep them or discard them?
