Using numerical data from the attached data set, I wish to use the research question "What variables in the data affect pricing?"

I would like some assistance in formulating a hypothesis statement which can be tested with linear regression analysis on the collected data.
I also wish to perform a regression hypothesis test on the data and interpret the results of the regression hypothesis test.
It will be helpful to include raw data tables and the results of the computations, using both graphical and tabular methods of displaying the data and results.
