SOLUTION This solution is FREE courtesy of BrainMass!

Probability of Each outcome = 1/6

Expected Value of Each outcome = x*f(x) where x is the event and f(x) is its probability.

    = 1*1/6 + 2*1/6 + 3*1/6...6*1/6
    = 3.5

    There for mean of 3 scores = (3.5 + 3.5 + 3.5)/3
    = 3.5 ( answer)
