EBook is a digital book provider that sells their downloaded product through both Anason and Bairnes-Nolb. Anason requires that EBook use a different format than they use for Bairnes-Nolb. EBook keeps records that show the number of unacceptable downloads done by each format. Based on past data, the probability that an EBook came from Format 1 and was unacceptable is 0.03 and the probability that an Ebook came from Format 2 and was unacceptable is 0.08. These probabilities represent the probability of one EBook out of the total sample having the specified characteristics. Half the books are downloaded using Format 1 and the other half are downloaded using Format 2.

a. If a downloaded EBook is selected at random, what is the probability that it is an unacceptable download?
