Making Statistics Charts in Excel

Please help with the following problem. Provide the answer in Excel.
I'm confused on how to create a histogram in Excel. The first two columns (Class Interval and Frequency) were given by the book. I manually figured out Class Midpoint and Cumulative Frequency, and I don't understand how to get Relative Frequency.
The problem is asking to construct a histogram, a frequency polygon and an ogive for the frequency distribution given.
