n = 25, s = sqrt(variance) = sqrt(2.25) = 1.5, z- score for 90% confidence = 1.645

Margin of error, E = z * (s/sqrt n) = 1.645 * (1.5/sqrt 25) = 0.4935

The maximum error of estimate is 0.4935.
