Some people have intrinsic motivation which seems to be the best type of motivation because external factors to motivate people will not always be readily available. Change is a part of progress in the human life cycle and the need to move forward. We are not the people we were ten years ago hopefully, because we have changed for the better due to motivation or we have at least learned from our experiences and have discontinued undesirable actions.
