Non-viscous flow of water due to pressure difference

Q- A container full of air at atmospheric pressure is one foot below the surface in a body of water. This container is 4 feet high by 3 feet square; 36 cubic feet of total air. An 8 inch ID valve is on the bottom of the container and an 8 inch ID valve is on the top of the container; an 8 inch ID hose connects to top valve and extends one foot above the surface of the water and both valves are opened at the same time.

Calculate the time required for the container to fill with water.
