    The sideways force is the centripetal force.
    so F = mv^2/r (^2 is the square of v)
    here the speed v = 160 km/hr = 160*1000 / 3600 (m/s) = 44.44 m/s

    the radius of the cicular motion r = 600 m
    then the centripetal force is
    F = 70 * 44.44^2 / 600 = 230.45 N
    so the sideways force is 230.45 N.
