First of all I have drawn a schematic showing the two beads ( & charges ) separated by a distance R = 2.3 cm. I have given the plastic bead the suffix 1 and the glass bead the suffix 2 in the formulation of any equations. All units specified in the question have been translated to SI units so charges are specified as inputs to the equations that follow in units of Coulombs, masses are in units of kg, distances are in units of metres.
