Evaluate the double integral over the region R.

Double int. over R (x)(sq. rt. 1-(x^2) dA: R=[(x,y):0<_x<_1, 2<_y<_3

If I set up the integral f(x,y) dy dx isn't the integral with respect to y equal to zero? I am left with the integral from 0 to 1 of f(x,y) dx then I am having issues actually integrating.
